There is no cost for non-profits and charitable initiatives. Bravo! exists to grow giving in Paphos, not to charge for it.

What counts as an event or opportunity?

If it invites people to help, it belongs on Bravo!. For example:

  • One-time events

    A beach clean-up, a charity run, an open day, a workshop — anything happening on a set date.

  • Ongoing volunteering

    Regular shifts or roles with no fixed end date — shelters, food banks, befriending, tutoring.

  • Fundraising

    A campaign or appeal where people can donate or take part to raise money for your cause.

  • Goods & donation drives

    Collections of clothes, food, toys, blankets or supplies for people who need them.

What you will need

Have these ready and the form takes about two minutes:

  • A clear, short title for your event or opportunity.
  • A description of about 300 characters — what it is, who it helps, what people can do.
  • One good landscape photo (JPG or PNG). It will be shown on the kiosk.
  • A link where people can learn more, register or donate.

Frequently asked questions

Is it really free?
Yes. Listing your event or opportunity on Bravo! is completely free for non-profits and charitable initiatives. There are no fees and no catch.
Who can submit?
Charities, non-profits, community groups, schools and grassroots initiatives running volunteer, fundraising or donation activities in Paphos and nearby. If you are helping the community, you are welcome.
How long until it appears on the kiosk?
Every submission is reviewed by our team before it goes live, usually within a couple of working days. We will email you once it is published.
Can I edit or remove it later?
Yes. Just reply to your confirmation email or contact us, and we will update or take down your listing. Past-dated one-time events are removed automatically.
What size should the photo be?
A landscape (wide) JPG or PNG works best, up to 10 MB. A clear, bright photo of your activity, team or beneficiaries looks great on the kiosk screen.
Do you verify organisations?
We review each submission for fit and check the details before publishing, and may get in touch to confirm. This keeps the kiosk trustworthy for everyone who uses it.
